Antoine de LarocqueAntoine de LarocqueCEO

Graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Arts & Métiers in Angers and an Entrepreneur Master's degree in HEC Paris, Antoine de Larocque began his carreer abroad where he alternately held the positions of project officer and project manager. Between 2006 and 2008, he was an analyst for PWC Advisory Transaction Services and a financial controller for 21 Centrale Partner before going into renewable energies. Thereafter he held various management responsabilities at Neoen. Later he became CEO at Gensun. In 2018, he joined Quadran - Groupe Direct Energie as CEO.



Charles LhermitteCharles Lhermitte, Deputy CEO in charge of Development

Holding a master’s degree in hydrology and geomorphology (Université de Champagne/Concordia University Montreal), a Master of natural resource management (INPL de Lorraine), and a specialized Master of management, management monitoring, and finance (Neoma Business School/ESC REIMS), after time in European agricultural monitoring, Charles Lhermitte began his career in renewable energy development with the very first multi-megawatt wind turbine in the East in 2001.
Up until 2010, he held the position of Director of the Northern and Southern Agencies for the specialized engineering and design firm Jacquel & Chatillon (hydroelectric, wind power, and solar) and assisted in the development of 700 MW of renewable energy in Metropolitan France and in Guyana.
In 2010, he joined Quadran and created the northern and eastern regional management area, covering 5 regions. He also holds the position of administrator at the Syndicat des Energies Renouvelables then at France Energie Eolienne since 2011

Denis LefebvreDenis LefebvreDirector of Prospective & Networks

Graduate of SUPELEC and holding an MBA from EM Lyon, Denis Lefebvre began his career in 1985 as Head of Projects for SERETE (an engineering and design firm) and completed electrical projects in the industry. He worked several years abroad. In 1994, he joined the Vergnet SA group, where he held several positions (Head of Wind Power Projects, Director of Production) and managed several research projects. He became the Technical Director of Aérowatt in 2004 and developed their construction and operation activity (solar and wind power). Then, at the merging of Aérowatt and JMB Energie in 2013, he became the Director of Outlook and Networks for Quadran, managing the development of innovative solutions, permitting the group to anticipate the evolutions in the electricity sector.


Guirec DufourGuirec Dufour, Director of Construction

A graduate of the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique et de Radioélectricité in Grenoble, Guirec Dufour began his career as Head of Projects at Lucent Technologies where he was charged with the rolling-out of rural telecommunications and CDMA networks in Indonesia, Zimbabwe, Australia, and Brazil from 1997 to 1999, then the GSM One Tel network in Australia in 1999-2000. In 2001 he became a special consultant for the roll-out of the GSM Safaricom network in Kenya (300 sites), then in 2004-2005 a TeligentAB special consultant for telecommunications projects in the United Kingdom and Singapore. He then worked as the Director of Digital Television Projects at UPC Netherlands from 2006 to 2008, the same year he joined JMB Energie’s team, which became Quadran, as Director of Construction.


Bruno SaubrementBruno SaubrementDirector of Operations & Maintenance

Graduate of the Ecole Supérieure d'Ingénieurs of Marseille and holding an Executive MBA from HEC Paris, Bruno Saubrement began by working as an Environmental Engineering Project Engineer from 1984 to 1993. He then had various technical, managerial, developmental, and project management responsibilities at Areva Technicatome until 2008. Between 2008 and 2009, he was head of the naval reparations profit center of Cegelec, before beginning work in renewable energy with the creation of Provenis in 2009-2010. He has also held positions in transitional management for environmental engineering, fluids, and energy. In 2011, he became head of the environmental engineering, fluids, and energy department, as well as a member of the Spie Maroc board of directors until 2014. He is now the Director of Operations and Maintenance at Quadran.


Alfredo GarciaAlfredo Garcia-Corella, Director of Financing

Holding a Master 2 degree from the Institut Technique Bancaire du Conservatoire des Arts et Métiers, Alfredo Garcia-Corella began his career at the Banco Popular Español in 1983 in retail banking. In 1993, he began working for Caixa Catalunya who had recently began operating in France where he created the municipal financing, the corporate financing, and, finally, the active infrastructure renewable energy project financing departments, the latter of which he became the director of. He also handled the management of a bond portfolio and interest-rate hedging operations for the French branch. He joined JMB Energie, now Quadran, in 2009, to become the Director of the Financing and Financial Institution Relations Department.



Karine PallandreKarine Pallandre, Secretary General

Holding a master’s degree in corporate finance, Karine Pallandre began her career as an Internal Auditor for the Accor group. She then joined the Compass Group, a world leader in institutional foodservice where, for 10 years, she lead various international projects in management control, the implementation of a reporting system, and integration, acquisition, and optimization of financial processes. In 2005, as part of the Redcats group, a subsidiary of PPR, she became Head of Management and Process Control before, in 2008, taking the position of Head of Financial Control for the ETAM group. In 2013, she was named Secretary General for the Quadran group.
